Who the Program Is For

The Mortgage Crisis Job Training Program is available to Connecticut homeowners who meet the following criteria:

  • 60 days or more past due on your mortgage

  • Mortgage is for your primary residence in Connecticut

  • Household income below $120,000

  • Referred by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA)

  • or able to demonstrate an imminent need for assistance
